3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created during the project — including designs, source code, and content — remains the property of Qtechsol until full payment is received. Once full payment is completed, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payments & Invoicing
Payments must be made according to the agreed terms. Delayed payments may affect project progress or lead to suspension of services. We reserve the right to apply late fees on overdue invoices where applicable.
5. Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared during the project will be handled with strict confidentiality. We do not share client information with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Qtechsol shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we aim to deliver reliable solutions, uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed at all times.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of policy violations, non-payment, or unethical conduct. Clients may also terminate services with prior notice, subject to the agreed project contract terms.
